A group of oligosaccharide mixtures produced from human milk, urine and meconium. They were partially purified by techniques including solvent extraction to remove fat, protease digestion, deionisation and chromatography to produce structural fractions as described for each product. These mixtures are suitable for isolating individual oligosaccharides for research.
