Product Code: YG158923 Pachyman is a (1,3)-β-D-glucan from the fungus Poria cocos. The product contains a high proportion of glucose (98 % w/w) with a small amount of mannose. Methylation studies have shown that the glucose residues are primarily 3-linked with small amounts of other linkages.
